Chairman of the Board, Georges Coudray is also Chairman of the Investment Committee of Sofiouest. He is currently Honorary Chairman of CRÉDIT MUTUEL ARKÉA, which he managed for 17 years. Previously, he created an SME specialized in healthcare. Georges Coudray is also a director of the SOFIOUEST SOLIDARITÉ endowment fund.

Patrice Hutin

Managing Director

Managing Director of SOFIOUEST since January 2017, Patrice Hutin is a businessman and entrepreneur. Before taking the helm of EXPONENTIEL, a company acquired in 2005 and sold in 2014 advising large SMEs and mid-cap companies on their strategic and operational development, Patrice Hutin was based in the United States. He has successfully developed the activity of several major players in golf equipment, most recently CALLAWAY GOLF, of which he was President & Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2005. Patrice Hutin has been a director of SOFIOUEST since 2007.

Florian Denys

Investment Director Growth Capital Transmission

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Florian brings his knowledge of the Growth-Transmission Capital ecosystem through his experiences in Private Equity, and mergers & acquisitions. Previously, he worked for EDENRED CAPITAL PARTNERS, a venture capital fund, before moving on to ERNST & YOUNG to manage small & mid cap M&A operations. As of 2018, he was in charge of the Growth Capital fund of the Growth and Technology team of independent management company A PLUS FINANCE.

MANON DE BARJAC

Venture Capital Investment Manager

Manon worked for almost 5 years in Corporate Venture Capital at AVIVA VENTURES in London, before moving on to 574 Invest (SNCF Group venture capital fund) in Paris. Through these experiences she has overseen investements in Seed and Series C funding in certain fintech sectors, notably mobility and industry. At SOFIOUEST, she is a Venture Capital Investment Manager. Manon is an ESSEC business school graduate.

BENJAMIN DOSDAT

Capital Development Investment Manager

With 7 years’ experience with investment funds such as IDINVEST, UNIGRAINS and CAPZA, Benjamin joins SOFIOUEST in 2023 to strengthen the Capital Development /Transmission team. In his previous roles, he has been actively involved in a number of investment transactions, notably in the agri-food, distribution and industrial sectors. He will bring his knowledge of the world of private equity to contribute to the success of future projects at SOFIOUEST. Benjamin is a graduate of Rouen Business School.

Emilie Maurand

General Secretary

Multi-skilled, Emilie is mainly in charge of the administrative, financial and legal life of SOFIOUEST. She also monitors the ESG Policy and oversees communication (corporate, finance, shareholder relations, organization of company events).
Holder of a Master’s in Audit & Accounting (at the ESG Paris), she benefits from financial experience having previously worked in the sphere of mergers and acquisitions (as Head of Investments / External Growth at OGF) and in a consulting firm.

ALICE GHIURITAN

Office Manager

With her operational profile, Alice benefits from significant experience in support functions, acquired in an industrial environment in the wine and spirits sector (she was in charge of purchasing and sales administration at MARNIER-LAPOSTOLLE, which became CAMPARI in 2016). After a spell at ACCENTURE abroad, she sought an office manager role to broaden her scope and handle the back office in a human-sized structure. Her vocation: playing the role of facilitator, working for and with the team. Previously an office manager in a restructuring consultancy and then in an audit firm, she joined SOFIOUEST in 2022. Alice is a graduate of SKEMA Business School.

YVES GOSSET

Senior Manager 2C FINANCE

2C FINANCE is an operational financial consulting firm specializing in timeshare financial management and transaction services. Yves is CFO of SOFIOUEST. He began his career at MAZARS, then worked for the FRANÇAISE DES JEUX and HOPSCOTCH Groups before joining 2C FINANCE in October 2021. Yves is a graduate of EM Lyon.

Pierre-Emmanuel Boulic

Innovation Activities Director of Arkéa Capital

Pierre-Emmanuel Boulic is a recognized expert in private equity. He advises SOFIOUEST in the management of investments in innovative companies. Before joining CRÉDIT MUTUEL ARKÉA
in February 2016 to develop Arkéa Capital’s Innovation division, he spent some twelve years working in the field of private equity: SWEN CAPITAL PARTNERS, CRÉDIT LYONNAIS ASSET MANAGEMENT (now OMNES CAPITAL), then AXA PRIVATE EQUITY (now ARDIAN).

Elodie Nocquet

Founder of Better Way

With the creation of BETTER WAY in 2019, Élodie sought to advance the cause of impact investing among investors and companies, by supporting them in their responsible or impact-oriented approach, from the definition of a strategy to its concrete implementation and evaluation. Previously, she worked for 10 years at INVESTISSEURS & PARTENAIRES, an impact investment group dedicated to African SMEs, following a 2-year experience in Tunis raising funds for philanthropic projects.

CYRILLE BERNIER

Development Director Groupe Mazureau

Cyrille has had a career in finance and banking, holding positions of responsibility in the financing and structuring of real estate transactions throughout France, as well as supporting real estate companies and real estate investment funds. He has been managing the MAZUREAU Group since 2011, alongside Fabrice MAZUREAU, Chairman of the eponymous family real estate company specializing in commercial real estate investment, and brings his skills to bear in implementing our commercial real estate investment strategy. Cyrille is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics in Nantes, IUP Banques & Finances, Institut Technique de Banques and DU Aix en Provence.
