THE HUMAN & CAPITAL MEETINGS 2022: TALENTS FOR SCALE

Organized in line with the "Talents for scale" theme, this 5th edition of the event took place in Paris in June 2022. The Talent-based HR theme was approached from 3 perspectives: • How to attract applicants • How to secure employees' loyalty • Which (new) management methods to ensure employee loyalty? Objective of this event: Foster exchange between the leaders of Sofiouest member businesses, and provide insights on how to recruit against a backdrop of talent war, and how to restore meaning to work in today's post-covid world. A program in 2 steps: • An afternoon featuring talks by experts (Jérôme Caille – CEO The Talent Club and Frantz Gault – Founder of Ultralaborans.org), discussions and a collaborative workshop. • A dinner cruise on the Seine to network in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
