Annual highlight, the Human & Capital Meetings
aim to offer a privileged framework for sharing,
between entrepreneurs, experts, men and women
experience around a unifying theme:
During this 4th edition, organized in Rennes in June 2021, around the theme of the scalability of the company or
“how to change scale for the good of the business, the men and women of the company”.
This theme was approached around 3 axes:
• HR development
• International development
• Business development
The objective of this day?
Anticipate the change of scale needs of SOFIOUEST’s holdings and give their manager “keys” so that they gradually adapt their business to achieve this.
In a friendly and informal atmosphere, the program of meetings alternated between round table talks, interventions by experts (Loic Moisand, Entrepreneur and Business Angel – Daniel Balmisse, Managing Partner at Cathay Innosquare) and more collaborative (round tables, world café-type workshop, etc.).
