With 15 years of experience in the Corporate Finance departments of Kepler Cheuvreux and Oddo BHF as Executive Director, Laurent has advised small- and mid-sized companies and investment funds alike on a wide spectrum of financial transactions (mergers and acquisitions, financing structuring, fundraising, IPO, spin-offs, takeover bids, independent expertise, etc. ).

Previously, Laurent had been in charge of overseeing the financial information of listed companies for 7 years at the Issuers Department of the AMF, the French financial market regulator. He graduated with two Masters Degrees, one in Financial Engineering (Kedge Business School), and the other in Wealth Management (Aurep) and also followed the curriculum of the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies.

His mission within Sofiouest will relate in particular to operational management, monitoring the valuation of various investments (innovation, growth capital, real estate), support for investment teams in the context of equity investments, and implementing a financial strategy to guide the decisions of General Management.
