>Entry into the capital of Neocase, French specialist in the digitization of HR and finance processes and shared service centers, of which Sofiouest becomes the shareholder alongside Iris Capital and the management team during a fundraising of 6ME. Identified among the key players in “Human Resources Services Management”, this SaaS-based software publisher already has 5 million users in 180 countries. Its success underlines the relevance of augmented management which frees HR specialists from transactional for the benefit of people. Neocase intends to double its turnover over the next 3 years by accelerating its international development.

>Acquisition of a stake in Andjaro, on the occasion of a fundraising of 13.4ME from several investors. Specializing in digital human resources management, this French start-up offers companies a platform for real-time management of personnel needs allowing them to resolve internally their problems of peak activity or temporary absenteeism. With this optimization, Andjaro thus contributes to perpetuating the employment of “blue collar workers” and enables employees who wish to do so to work more in order to supplement their income. This transaction constitutes a new digital and SRI investment for Sofiouest.

It should be noted that two of these investments relate to digitization activities in the service of human resources, one of the areas of predilection of Sofiouest – Human & Capital -, which is already supporting Bruce (digital interim) and CleverConnect (solutions for recruitment).

In addition, Sofiouest continued its sourcing and company selection work that may constitute opportunities with regard to its investment strategy focused on innovative and impactful companies, “Late stage Start-ups” with a confirmed business model and wishing to boost their growth. A LOI (Letter of Intent) has just been signed. following on from discussions initiated pre-Covid crisis.
